I have seen Dr. Sandica at Hill Brow Surgery several times now. She is very caring and listens to what you have to say. I also have to say that my experience of the other doctors at the surgery has also been positive.

More reception staff neaded at busy times, one person answering phone, making appointments, booking patients in at busy times is not enough, Ive seen patients queing outside on several occasions, likewise one person answering the phone isn't enough for a busy surgery, it's almost impossible to get through to make an appointment before lunchtime most days so by the time your calls answered most appointment are no longer available and we can't now make appointments in advance so it's virtuall impossible to get an appointment with one of the few senior doctors at the practice who are apparently the only ones who are sufficiently qualified to do specific treatments like steroid injections etc, so as nice as these junior doctors are, it's a waste of every ones time making appointments with them unless it's for a simple cold
